- Global leadership: ACCIONA wins this certificate once again in Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, the US and Canada, and obtains it for the first time in Chile and South Africa
ACCIONA has won once again the Top Employer certificate in Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, the US and Canada, and obtained it for the first time in Chile and South Africa. In addition, for the second year in a row, it has been awarded the Top Employer North America seal, which endorses it as one of the best employers on the continent.
ACCIONA obtained the Top Employer Spain certificate for the first time in 2021 and since then has added new countries to this credential every year, which certifies its leadership in human resources management in another seven of its main international markets.
The certificate, awarded by the Top Employers Institute, is one of the most demanding and prestigious credentials worldwide in the field of corporate people management.
To obtain this accreditation, organizations are evaluated through the HR Best Practices Survey, which analyzes aspects related to twenty categories, such as people strategy, work environment, talent recruitment, training, encouragement of employee well-being, and diversity and inclusion, among others.
ACCIONA has obtained the 2023 Top Employer seal for its Human Resources management that promotes the values of respect, equal opportunities, diversity, merit, leadership and continuous communication.
Top Employers Institute is a leading global organization in the recognition of excellence in human resource practices.
For more than thirty years, the Top Employers program has certified more than 2,000 companies in 123 countries on five continents. These companies have a positive impact on the lives of more than 9.5 million employees worldwide.
ACCIONA currently has more than 40,000 employees of 131 nationalities. It has drawn up its global People strategy with the aim of putting people at the center of the company through four fundamental approaches: recognition of merit, diversity and inclusion, a transformational work environment and leadership.
The People strategy has been consolidated as a proposition of value for employees and is part of the company’s 2025 Sustainability Master Plan as the first of its strategic principles, with the aim of investing in people to include and enhance the best diverse talent.
