ACCIONA’s Global Control Centre for Renewable Energy (CECOER) was the centrepiece of a news report by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, who travelled to Pamplona to find out how Spain safely and successfully integrates a large amount of renewable energy in its electricity supply. On any given day, renewables supply an average 29 million homes in Spain.

ABC Europe Bureau Chief Lisa Millar reported from the CECOER, which monitors ACCIONA Energy’s renewable energy installations across the globe and can track their electricity production in real time, and from ACCIONA’s Vedadillo wind farm in Navarre. Here is the television report:
