WestConnex Sustainability Film | MURU, The Road

A Transport for NSW Film on Sustainability, produced in conjunction with the ACCIONA Samsung Bouygues team on WestConnex

The ACCIONA Samsung Bouygues team’s ongoing commitment to achieve and exceed ambitious sustainability targets on the WestConnex M4-M5 Link Tunnels project has earned us a leading IS Design Rating – the highest award available – from the Infrastructure Sustainability Council.

Fostering sustainable principles through all elements of our design and construction process has enabled us to engineer a leading standard of performance, according to contemporary industry sustainability benchmarks, while supporting initiatives that leave a legacy for current and future generations.

The team recently took part in a film entitled MURU, The Road, to highlight these fantastic achievements. In it, the team tells us what sustainability means to them. It features ACCIONA’s Project Director Andrew Marsonet, Senior Environmental Coordinator Verity Avery, and M&E Engineering Manager Ashkun Jalili.
