• Coleman Rail has again been recognised for its excellence in promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce, winning the Workforce Diversity Award at last night’s Australasian Rail Industry Awards.

  • Earlier in the year, Coleman Rail won the RTAA Australasian Rail Diversity Award.

Normally presented at a gala industry dinner, last night’s awards were presented online. In announcing the winner, the presenter described Coleman Rail as having a strong and dedicated diversity program for women, young people, veterans, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, and more. She said Coleman Rail challenged the traditional views of the rail industry and its commitment to diversity was supported by its parent company ACCIONA.

Executive General Manager Sean Bonham accepted the award by acknowledging the work of the other finalists and congratulating the Coleman Rail team.

“Congratulations to the Coleman Rail team for their commitment to ensuring the company has a diverse and inclusive workplace.”
