This is an important step forward in the NSW Government's Western Harbour Tunnel project and in ACCIONA's commitment to leaving places better than we found them.

A Collaborative Achievement 18 Months in the Making

The team balanced complex engineering challenges with Aboriginal culture, heritage interpretation, ecological sensitivity and long-term community legacy.

The future parkland will reconnect people with Sydney's iconic harbour, restore views across saltwater, honour the rich and layered history of the site, and create welcoming spaces for play, gathering and connection with nature. These outcomes reflect the values ACCIONA brings to every project.
