Both Geotech and Australian Precast Solutions are proud subsidiaries of ACCIONA, a global leader in sustainable infrastructure. ACCIONA acquired Geotech’s parent company, the Geotech Group, in 2017. This was followed by the acquisition of Lendlease Engineering and Australian Precast Solutions in 2020.
In 2023, Australian Precast Solutions merged with Geotech, strengthening our ability to deliver sustainable infrastructure across Australia.
