ACCIONA Infrastructure in NZ attends Uni Career Hub

08/05/2019

We have introduced our very first Graduate & Intern programme to students studying Civil Engineering or similar degrees across Universities in Auckland.  We recently joined the NZ Uni Career Hub where attended Auckland University's Science Technology, Engineering and Maths Expo (STEM).

We had enormous pleasure is promoting our goals, our mission, and plans to grow our Auckland based operations. It was educating for us to observe other engineering companies looking for interns and grads as well, and quickly learnt that what ACCIONA offers is something quite unique. Joining our organisation doesn't only open doors to a diversified career in Engineering but an opportunity to travel the world.

We met with over 200 students, some in passing and some that took great interest in our Sustainability plans and wanted to learn more.  We also volunteered to provide advice to students on the day in relation to their CV's and what to expect when they are called in for interviews and donated environmental friendly gifts for students to win.

ACCIONA is looking forward to participating in more of these events and build a strong awareness amongst the University communities on what we have to offer to New Zealand's growing Infrastructure and Construction industry.
