    Madrid-Galicia High-Speed Rail

    ACCIONA participated in the construction of all three sections of the project. From Olmedo to Zamora, there are 32 km of dual track, 7 viaducts, 10 overpasses and 12 underpasses. From Vigo to Das Maceiras, there are 7 km of dual track and two 10.9-km long twin tunnels. From Zamora to Lubian, there are 42 km of dual track, 2 tunnels (1.7 km and 2.4 km) and 2 bridges. These project sections were completed in 2009, 2010 and 2012, respectively.

    It is a new 435-km long route, installed with UIC-gauge double electrified track (1.4 mm) and ASFA and ERTMS signalling.
